Today I will share with you just a few things you need to know while deciding to remodel your bathroom in East brunswick New Jersey, Monroe township New Jersey, Old Bridge town ship New Jersey.
The duration of the project will take longer than you think and likely longer than your contractor thinks. Many reasons for this, material / sub contractor delays, township inspections, unforeseen issues with the home, etc.
The project will end up costing more than you think. Most times this is the case.
You will need more time than you think to sorce the materials needed for the project.
Contractor pricing will vary greatly. Choose very very wisely and not based on there price to you. Remeber pay once and cry once. You do NOT want to have to do this twice.
Remdeling your bathroom will be the best investment you can make in your home beside remodeling your kitchen.
The tile installation will most likely take the longest over all the the other installations during the bath remodel.
The bathroom remodel will last a lifetime when properly maintained.
Decide on a overall design of the bathroom, will the fixtures stay in place or be moved.
Choose the best furniture. It will see alot of moisture.
